Canada legal companionship & classifieds terms

The binding pilot boundary: provider-owned lawful listings, no paid sexual-service advertising, no booking or service commission, and fixed visibility only.

This versioned contract governs the Canada public beta. Only an authenticated adult may create and control their own listing. Every listing and photo is screened before publication; paid or coded sexual-service offers, minors, exploitation, third-party listings and unauthorised media are prohibited. Free listings work now. Basic, Featured and VIP remain visibility entitlements only, and checkout is disconnected. Privacy or deletion help: privacy@privatetonight.com.

1. Contract and eligibility

When you accept this exact version, these terms form the public-beta agreement between you and MRG RENOVATIONS LTD., Ontario, Canada for use of Private Tonight. The accepted version, time and checksum are recorded before your listing can enter human review.

You must be at least 18, control your account, and be legally able to offer, advertise or seek the content you use in the Canadian location involved. Private Tonight may require age, identity, qualification or content-rights evidence before publication.

2. Permitted listing scope

  • Lawful, non-sexual massage or wellness services, with any credential, registration or insurance required where the provider operates.
  • Dinner, event and travel-company listings that describe non-sexual social companionship.
  • Non-sexual social companionship and adult dating or personal classifieds that do not offer sexual services for consideration.
  • Accurate provider-controlled availability, service area, lawful description, contact route and provider-set terms. Private Tonight does not set or negotiate those terms.

3. The provider must own the listing

  • Create, manage and delete only your own listing. Do not advertise another person, a roster, an agency or a third party.
  • Use a chosen name, contact route, description and media that you control and keep them accurate.
  • Be the adult depicted in submitted media, or provide specific documented authority from every depicted adult where the media policy permits another adult to appear.
  • Pause or remove a listing when you are not available, no longer meet a required qualification, or no longer agree to these terms.

4. Prohibited listings and conduct

  • Any explicit or coded offer of paid sexual services, sexual acts, an act menu, sexual rate card, ‘extras’, or a link or contact instruction intended to complete such an offer.
  • Sexual content disguised as massage, wellness, dating, companionship, acronyms, emoji, misspellings or other moderation-evasion language.
  • Any minor, age ambiguity, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, threat, document control, third-party control or inability to leave.
  • Third-party advertising, impersonation, stolen or unauthorised media, non-consensual intimate media, doxxing, fraud or an illegal service.
  • Attempts to move rejected content to another city, account, image, code or external landing page in order to defeat a decision.

5. Private Tonight is the classifieds platform

Private Tonight publishes eligible provider-controlled classifieds and discovery tools. It does not provide the listed offline service, employ or dispatch providers, book meetings, negotiate a service, set the provider’s price or conditions, collect payment for an offline service, hold service funds, or take a commission from an offline arrangement.

Contact may move to a provider-selected external channel. Private Tonight does not supervise that conversation or guarantee identity, qualification, availability, legality, safety, service quality or outcome.

6. Free and fixed paid visibility

Private Tonight may offer Free, Basic, Featured and VIP placement for a fixed period and disclosed price. That purchase is payment for eligible visibility features only. It is not payment for a provider’s service, a booking, a lead, verification, moderation leniency or market access.

Placement order, ‘10×’ or ‘20×’ language describes a visibility target or relative product treatment, not guaranteed traffic, contacts, bookings, income or ranking. Ineligible or removed content receives no placement benefit merely because a plan was purchased.

7. Review, removal, strikes and appeal

Private Tonight may hold, request changes to, reject, remove or suspend content or an account when there is a policy signal, a validated notice, repeated non-severe violations, or a severe safety concern. A sexual-service advertisement, minor concern, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, third-party control or unauthorised media may justify immediate removal or suspension without a graduated warning.

A decision should identify the policy category and useful reason unless doing so would expose a reporter, increase danger, enable evasion or conflict with law. Eligible decisions have the appeal path described in the Notice, Action & Appeals policy. Payment tier does not affect the result.

8. Account closure, changes and contact

You may stop using the product and delete your listing or account through available controls. Private Tonight may end the pilot, close a market or restrict an account for safety, legal, infrastructure or repeated-policy reasons.

A material term change receives a new version and must be shown before new provider acceptance. Questions about these terms may be sent to privacy@privatetonight.com; that address is not an emergency service or proof that a public notice queue is operational.
