1. Scope, controller and current gate
This notice governs the Canada-first public beta of Private Tonight operated by MRG RENOVATIONS LTD., Ontario, Canada. It applies when a person is shown and accepts this exact version. Provider onboarding records the accepted version, time and content checksum before a listing may enter human review.
Private Tonight is limited to adult legal massage, dinner and event company, non-sexual social companionship, and dating or classifieds content. It does not accept advertisements for paid sexual services.
2. Data used for the pilot
- Account and security data: email, username, password-derived credential records, session records, role, account status and security events.
- Provider-supplied listing data: chosen public name, adult age, city or service area, lawful category, languages, availability, description, provider-controlled contact route and any provider-set lawful rate displayed by the listing feature.
- Media and proof data: non-explicit listing media, adult and ownership declarations, review state, decision reasons and the smallest evidence needed for identity, age or content-rights review.
- Safety and notice data: reports, linked content, risk category, action, reason, appeal and the minimum audit history needed to explain a decision.
- Commercial data: Free, Basic, Featured or VIP visibility choice, invoice and refund state. Private Tonight does not collect payment for an offline service.
- Technical data: bounded logs and rate-limit signals needed to secure accounts, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
3. Purpose and public/private separation
- Only fields a provider intentionally submits for an approved listing may become public.
- Email, credential records, identity evidence, internal reasons, reports, appeals, audit records and billing records remain restricted according to role.
- Account and listing data are used to operate the provider’s own listing, enforce these policies, respond to notices and measure eligible visibility.
- Paid visibility does not expose more personal data, buy verification or change a safety decision.
- Private Tonight does not require a visitor’s precise location to browse a city and does not sell personal data or use it to arrange offline meetings.
4. Service providers and disclosure
Infrastructure, identity, media, email and fixed-visibility payment providers may process the minimum data needed for their contracted function. The final acceptance screen must identify the material providers then active; an unconnected adapter or design placeholder is not a disclosure.
Private Tonight may disclose narrowly relevant information when required by valid legal process, to protect a person from a credible safety threat, or to investigate fraud, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, minors or unauthorised media. It does not disclose a report more broadly than the response requires.
5. Retention, deletion and security
A provider may pause or delete their own listing and may request account export or deletion. Public delivery should stop when a listing is paused, removed or deleted. A deletion request may not erase a narrowly retained fraud, safety, rights, payment or legal record when retention is reasonably required or mandated.
The onboarding and policy centre link this notice and the active product boundaries. Self-service account deletion removes the account, listing and stored listing media; a deletion fails closed if object cleanup cannot be completed. Narrow fraud, safety, rights, payment or legal records may be retained only when reasonably required or mandated.
Private Tonight uses server-side authorisation and separates public listing fields from restricted records. No security measure is a guarantee, and a material incident may require account protection, notification and remedial action.
6. Your choices and contact
Account holders may correct their account and listing, change public visibility, export available account data and request deletion through the product controls made available to them.
Privacy, access or deletion questions may be sent to privacy@privatetonight.com. Private Tonight may request proportionate proof that the requester controls the account or is the person depicted before disclosing or removing restricted data.
7. Adults only and policy changes
Private Tonight is for adults aged 18 or over. A credible minor-related signal triggers an immediate publication hold and safety review.
A material change to this notice receives a new version. When the purpose, public scope or sensitive processing changes materially, continued provider use requires the updated notice to be shown before a new acceptance is recorded.
