Canada public beta media contract · private upload and human review requiredCanada pilot contract · 31 July 2026
Current statusCurrent operating terms.

This versioned contract governs the Canada public beta. Only an authenticated adult may create and control their own listing. Every listing and photo is screened before publication; paid or coded sexual-service offers, minors, exploitation, third-party listings and unauthorised media are prohibited. Free listings work now. Basic, Featured and VIP remain visibility entitlements only, and checkout is disconnected. Privacy or deletion help: privacy@privatetonight.com.

1. Provider-owned content only

A provider may submit only content for their own lawful listing. The provider must control the text, contact route and account, and must be the depicted adult or hold specific documented permission for every other depicted adult allowed by the listing format.

The Canada public beta accepts real provider-selected photos into private quarantine. A photo becomes public only after rights confirmation, safety processing and human moderation; deletion removes its stored original and public-delivery object.

2. Required rights and proof

  • Every depicted person must be an adult whose identity and consent can be established before publication.
  • You must own the media or hold a licence that permits Private Tonight to store, review, format and display it for your listing.
  • A model release, photographer permission or source file may be requested where ownership or consent is unclear.
  • You must remove content promptly when your permission ends and cooperate with a proportionate rights review.

3. Prohibited media and metadata

  • Explicit sexual activity, sexual-service menus, sexualised nudity used to advertise a prohibited offer, or content coded to complete a paid sexual-service advertisement.
  • Any minor, age ambiguity, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, violence, secretly recorded material or a person who cannot consent.
  • Stolen, scraped, leaked, revenge, non-consensual intimate, deepfake impersonation or misleading identity content.
  • Identity documents, financial information, a home address or avoidable precise-location and device metadata in public delivery.
  • Copyright, publicity, privacy, trademark or other rights infringement.

4. Canada public-media boundary

The Canada pilot permits only non-explicit, wellness-safe public media. Sensitive or explicit adult media is not eligible for the Canada pilot even if a separate noindex gallery capability exists elsewhere in the codebase.

The sensitive-gallery capability remains disabled for Canada and must not be presented as a paid benefit, provider entitlement or launch-ready Canada feature.

5. Limited product licence

You grant Private Tonight a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, review, resize, protect and display approved content only to operate and promote your eligible Private Tonight listing. Ownership stays with you. The licence does not permit unrelated resale or model training.

The licence ends when the content is deleted from public use, except for a narrowly retained copy or fingerprint reasonably needed for an active rights dispute, safety investigation, repeat-abuse control or legal requirement.

6. Rights notices and removal

A depicted person or rights holder may submit a notice identifying the content and explaining the claimed right without opening a provider account. Credible unauthorised-media or identity claims may trigger an immediate visibility hold while focused evidence is reviewed.

The affected provider should receive a reason and a chance to provide counter-evidence when doing so is safe and lawful. Re-uploading removed media through another account, crop, hash or link is a repeat violation.

7. Review is separate from promotion

Free and paid listings face the same adult, ownership and content review. Basic, Featured or VIP cannot buy approval, prevent a hold or alter a rights decision.

Private storage, the moderation queue, public-delivery gate and deletion workflow are separate controls. A storage, processing, rights or moderation failure keeps the image private.
