Private Tonight is for adults publishing their own lawful, non-sexual massage, wellness, companionship, dating or classifieds listing. Paid sexual services, coded offers, third-party ads, exploitation and unauthorised media are outside the Canada pilot.

Eligible for review

Lawful, non-sexual listings

  • Lawful non-sexual massage or wellness, subject to local licensing rules
  • Dinner, event or travel company that is explicitly non-sexual
  • Adult social companionship and dating or personal classifieds
  • A provider’s own listing, contact choices, lawful rates and availability

Never eligible

Prohibited content

  • Paid sexual services, explicit or coded offers, act menus, extras or evasion language
  • Any minor, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, threats or document control
  • Third-party ads, managed rosters, impersonation or another person’s account
  • Explicit media in the Canada pilot, unauthorised media or any illegal service

Recognise possible exploitation

A concern is enough to seek help.

Are you being forced, threatened or pressured to publish or meet?

Is someone monitoring you, controlling your movement or holding your documents?

Does another person control your account, listing, media or money?

Are you worried a person is underage, being exploited or unable to leave safely?

You do not need to decide whether conduct meets a legal definition before using official guidance. Do not confront a suspected controller or put yourself at risk to collect evidence.

Notice to Private Tonight

Report a concern from any public profile.

Open the affected profile and choose Report. The notice enters a protected moderation queue with its profile reference, reason and optional detail. Urgent safety reasons are reviewed first, and removal immediately takes the listing out of public discovery.

  2. Select the closest safety, rights or fraud reason.
  3. Add only the minimum useful detail and submit.
  4. The operator may hold or remove the listing while reviewing.
